The invention discloses a bolt connection structure of a precast beam and a precast column and a construction method, the upper end of a beam end vertical plate of the bolt connection structure is vertically connected with an upper horizontal plate, the lower end of the beam end vertical plate is vertically connected with a lower horizontal plate, and the upper horizontal plate and the lower horizontal plate are both connected with longitudinal beam ribs in the precast beam; one end of the beam end vertical plate is pre-buried in the precast beam; one end of the first connecting assembly is pre-buried in the prefabricated column, and the other end of the first connecting assembly is connected with the beam end vertical plate through the first bolt assembly; one end of the upper horizontal plate and one end of the lower horizontal plate are both vertically connected with end connecting plates, one end of the second connecting assembly is embedded in the prefabricated column, and the other end of the second connecting assembly is connected with the two end connecting plates through second bolt assemblies. The construction method comprises the following steps that the prefabricated beam makes contact with the prefabricated column; the first bolt assembly and the second bolt assembly are installed; and high-strength grouting materials are poured. The stress requirement is met, and the construction quality and safety are guaranteed.
