The invention provides a prefabricated column and prefabricated beam steel conversion connection structure and a construction method. The prefabricated column and prefabricated beam steel conversion connection structure comprises a first conversion piece arranged at the beam end and a second conversion piece arranged on the column side. The first conversion piece comprises two pieces of symmetrical T-shaped steel which are arranged at an interval, upper and lower flanges of a pre-embedded part of the first conversion piece are in lap welding connection with longitudinal bars in a beam, studs are welded on a web plate of the pre-embedded part, and bolt holes are formed in the web plate of the exposed part of the first conversion piece; the second conversion piece comprises two pieces of T-shaped steel which are symmetrically arranged at intervals, two anchor plates and a plurality of anchor bars, the anchor plates and the T-shaped steel are located inside and outside the column respectively, parts of the first anchor bar and the second anchor bar are located inside the column, parts of the first anchor bar and the second anchor bar are located outside the column and connected with flanges of the two pieces of T-shaped steel in a lap welding mode respectively, and the third anchor bar and the fourth anchor bar are located inside the column and welded with the two anchor plates respectively. The upper flanges and the lower flanges of the two conversion pieces are welded, the web plates are connected through bolts, and stirrups are arranged on the embedded portion of the first conversion piece and the connecting area of the two conversion pieces. The structure is simple, and the steel consumption of the connecting joint can be reduced.
