The invention discloses a self-resetting steel-bamboo combined beam-column joint device with a two-stage energy consumption characteristic. The self-resetting steel-bamboo combined beam-column joint device comprises a self-resetting system and an energy consumption system. Wherein the beam column is formed by bonding thin-wall I-shaped steel and glued bamboo together; the pre-stressed tendons tensioned in advance provide self-resetting capacity; the two-stage energy dissipater composed of the L-shaped steel, the inner friction plate, the energy dissipation rod and the high-strength bolt provides two-stage energy dissipation which correspond to friction energy dissipation of the friction plate and bending energy dissipation of the energy dissipation rod respectively and correspond to a second starting point and third rigidity, and the structure can adapt to the environment with uneven and irregular energy dissipation under the earthquake effect; safety and stability of the structure under large, medium and small earthquakes are effectively met, residual displacement of the structure is reduced, and the normal use state of the structure is maintained. The glued bamboos are inserted into the U-shaped grooves of the thin-wall I-shaped steel webs, the bearing capacity of the structure is effectively enhanced, local buckling and instability of the structure are prevented, damage caused by local extrusion of the ends of wood at beam column contact points is avoided, the weight of the structure can be reduced by inserting the glued bamboos, and replacement and installation of components are facilitated.
本发明公开了具有两阶段耗能特征的自复位钢竹组合梁柱节点装置,包括自复位系统和耗能系统。其中,梁柱由薄壁型工字钢和胶合竹粘接在一起形成;提前张拉的预应力筋提供自复位能力;L型钢、内摩擦板、耗能杆和高强螺栓组成的两阶段耗能器提供两阶段耗能,分别对应摩擦板摩擦耗能和耗能杆弯曲耗能,对应第二启动点和第三刚度,可以使结构适应地震作用下能量散发不均匀,不规则的环境,有效的满足结构在大中小震下的安全稳定,减少结构的残余位移,维持结构的正常使用状态。本发明在薄壁型工字钢腹板的U型槽中插入胶合竹,有效增强结构的承载能力,防止结构发生局部屈曲和失稳,避免梁柱接触点木材端部的局部挤压而发生破坏,且插入胶合竹可以减少结构重量,方便构件的更换和安装。
