Quick-release assembly type steel structure supporting device and construction method thereof
According to the quick-release assembly type steel structure supporting device and the construction method thereof, when a formwork needs to be detached independently, only the rotating handle, corresponding to the quick-release unit of the formwork, on each supporting rod needs to be rotated, and therefore only the stand column at the position descends. When synchronous dismounting is needed, the lifting gear is lifted to the highest position through the lifting handle, the highest position enables the lifting gear and the clamping plates to be located at the same height, meanwhile, the lifting gear is synchronously meshed with teeth on the peripheral sides of the four clamping plates, the lifting handle is further rotated along the guide groove, and the lifting gear rotates to synchronously drive the four clamping plates to rotate; the rotating range covered by the transverse groove of the guide groove ensures that the four clamping plates can synchronously rotate to the unlocking position, and therefore the four independent quick release units can be synchronously unlocked.
一种快拆式装配式钢结构支护装置及其施工方法,当需要对模板进行单独拆除时,仅需转动每根支撑杆上对应于该模板的快拆单元的转动柄,使得仅该位置的立柱下降。当需要同步拆除时,通过升降手柄将升降齿轮提升至最高位置,该最高位置使升降齿轮与卡板位于同一高度,同时升降齿轮与四个卡板周侧的齿相互同步啮合,沿导向槽进一步转动升降手柄,使得升降齿轮转动同步带动四个卡板转动,导向槽的横向槽覆盖的转动范围保证四个卡板均能够同步转动至解锁的位置,从而实现同步对四个独立的快拆单元解锁。
