The invention relates to the field of power transformation facilities, in particular to an indoor fixed fence of a transformer substation and the transformer substation. On the basis of a brand new invention concept, the technical scheme of the fence framework and the telescopic partition piece is provided, during use, the overall structural strength of the fence can be guaranteed through the large-area framework, the fence can adapt to different width sizes of a site through stretching and retracting of the telescopic partition piece, and convenience of passing through the fence is guaranteed through the outward opening door opened through the door framework; therefore, the problem that reliability, in-out convenience and universality of an existing transformer substation fence cannot be considered at the same time is solved.
