The movable fence for the transformer substation comprises stand column supports and gear reduction steering driving wheel mechanisms, the stand column supports are arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode, bases are arranged below the stand column supports, and the gear reduction steering driving wheel mechanisms are arranged below the bases; a plurality of modularized flexible cross telescopic fences are arranged on the upper sides and the lower sides of the inner sides of the stand column supports, the modularized flexible cross telescopic fences are connected through connecting bases, and the modularized flexible cross telescopic fences are connected with the corresponding stand column supports through connecting rods. Telescopic inserting rods installed on the connecting bases are arranged on the back faces of the modularized flexible cross telescopic fences, and pointed ends are arranged at the ends of the lower portions of the telescopic inserting rods. The device has the advantages of reasonable structure, convenience and rapidness in movement, shortened arrangement time and improved working efficiency.
