Preparation method of Bayer process red mud-based cementing material
The invention relates to a preparation method of a Bayer process red mud-based cementing material, which comprises the following steps: providing red mud generated in the process of producing aluminum oxide by a Bayer process, and dewatering the red mud by a screening machine to obtain a filter cake with predetermined granularity; drying the filter cake until the preset water content is reached; and mixing the filter cake with an excitation composite additive, a stabilizing additive, a curing agent, a reinforcing agent and a retarder to obtain the Bayer process red mud-based cementing material. The red mud is directly subjected to filter pressing to form a filter cake, then the filter cake is treated until the filter cake has proper water content and particle size, and then the filter cake is mixed with other ingredients to form the Bayer process red mud-based cementing material. Meanwhile, elements such as Si, Al, Fe and Na in the red mud are fully utilized; the red mud does not need to be complexly treated in the whole process, and the process is simple; the whole red mud is used as a raw material, and no other waste is generated; the whole process is free of heating and low in energy consumption.
