The invention provides an elastic clamp which is arranged in a steel rail vibration absorber, is used for clamping a pair of vibration absorption wedge blocks of the steel rail vibration absorber on two sides of a steel rail, and is characterized by comprising an elastic clamp main body which comprises a main plate part and two side plate parts obliquely extending from two ends of the main plate part; and the at least two pairs of positioning claws are oppositely arranged on the two side plate parts respectively and used for abutting against the vibration absorption wedge blocks, and each pair of positioning claws is symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the side plate parts respectively. The elastic clamp main body is matched with the positioning claw to tightly press the vibration absorption wedge block on the steel rail, so that the clamping force is kept stable, the vibration absorption wedge block is prevented from shifting or falling off, the vibration absorption and noise reduction effects, the safety and the stability of the steel rail vibration absorber are guaranteed, the overhaul and maintenance frequency can be reduced, and manpower and corresponding cost are saved. The elastic clamp is simple in structure, convenient and fast to install, high in efficiency and more convenient to maintain in the later period. Only two elastic clamps are needed to fix the pair of vibration absorption wedge blocks, the installation time is shorter, and the overall cost is lower.
