Communicated anti-sliding structure suitable for suspension bridge cable clamp and installation method
The invention discloses a communicating type anti-sliding structure suitable for suspension bridge cable clamps and an installation method. The communicating type anti-sliding structure comprises a main cable arranged on a main cable saddle, two cable clamps on the main cable and an anti-sliding inhaul cable between the two cable clamps. An anti-vibration elastic connector is arranged between the main cable and the anti-sliding inhaul cable; the main cable saddle is provided with a cable bearing groove for bearing a main cable; the cable strands of the main cable are regularly arranged in the cable bearing groove, and a plurality of zinc blocks are arranged above the cable strands to fill and level up the opening of the cable bearing groove; a plurality of saddle wall pull rods are arranged on the side walls of the two sides of the cable bearing groove to carry out opposite-pull constraint on the cable bearing groove; a plurality of zinc block filling parts at the opening of the cable bearing groove are provided with a bending sheath which is bent corresponding to the extension track of the main cable; an inhaul cable body of the anti-sliding inhaul cable is arranged in an inner cavity of the bent sheath. The anti-sliding performance of the cable clamp can be improved, when the cable clamp slides down, the tension of the inhaul cable is gradually increased, part of the sliding force of the cable clamp can be counteracted till force balance is achieved, and the cable clamp does not slide down any more.
本发明公开了适用于悬索桥索夹的连通式抗滑移构造及安装方法,包括设置在主索鞍的主缆,主缆上的两个索夹,及两个索夹之间的抗滑移拉索;主缆和抗滑移拉索之间设有防振弹性连接器;主索鞍设有承缆槽用于承载主缆;主缆的索股在承缆槽内规则排列,上方布置有多个锌块将承缆槽的开口填平;承缆槽两侧侧壁设有多个鞍壁拉杆对承缆槽进行对拉约束;承缆槽开口处多个锌块填平部分,设有与主缆延伸轨迹对应弯曲的弯曲护套;弯曲护套内腔设有抗滑移拉索的拉索索体。本发明的应用可以提高索夹的抗滑移性能,当索夹下滑时,拉索张力逐渐增大,可以抵消部分索夹下滑力,直至达到力的平衡,则索夹不再下滑。
