Clearance-limited viaduct precast beam erecting method
The invention discloses a clearance-limited viaduct precast beam erection method. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out bottom-carrying hoisting on a beam body at two ends of the pre-hoisted beam body by adopting steel wire ropes respectively; transporting the beam body to the paved bridge floor by adopting a beam transporting vehicle; a crane I is arranged at the last but one span of the bridge floor, a crane II is arranged on the horizontal plane of a ground tie beam below the crane I, and a crane III is arranged on the horizontal plane of a bridge abutment; the girder transporting vehicle is matched with the first crane in a retreating mode to feed girders; when the beam feeding is not smaller than one third of the span, the second crane and the first crane continue to feed the beam, and the beam transporting vehicle is driven away; when beam feeding is not smaller than two thirds of the span, the third crane and the second crane are matched to conduct remaining beam feeding till a beam body falls on a bridge abutment and a support of a cover beam, and the first crane is unloaded and a main arm is put away for standby; and the above procedures are repeated until all the beam bodies of the last span are installed. According to the erecting method, the prefabricated box girder can be erected in the clearance-limited environment, and the erecting efficiency is high.
本发明公开一种净空受限的高架桥预制梁架设方法,其是在预吊装的梁体的两端分别采用钢丝绳对梁体进行兜底吊装;采用运梁车将梁体运至已铺装好的桥面;在桥面倒数第二跨处布置Ⅰ号吊车,在其下方地系梁水平面上布置Ⅱ号吊车,在桥台水平面上布置Ⅲ号吊车;采用运梁车后退的方式与Ⅰ号吊车进行配合进行喂梁;当喂梁不小于跨径的三分之一时,采用Ⅱ号吊车与Ⅰ号吊车继续喂梁,运梁车驶离;当喂梁不小于跨径的三分之二时,Ⅲ号吊车与Ⅱ号吊车配合进行剩余的喂梁,直至梁体地落于桥台和盖梁的支座上,Ⅰ号吊车卸载并收起主臂进行待命;重复上诉工序,直至最后一跨的所有梁体安装完成。本架设方法可以在净空受限的环境架设预制箱梁,且架设效率高。
