Method for erecting precast beams in limited space
The invention relates to the technical field of road and bridge construction, and provides a method for erecting a precast beam in a limited space, which comprises the following steps of: dismantling a transverse moving device at a front supporting leg of a bridge erecting machine, a lower-layer wheel box and a transverse moving rail at a middle supporting leg, and changing a rear supporting leg of the bridge erecting machine into a hydraulic supporting device; transversely-moving rails are arranged on the bridge abutment and the cover beam in the transverse direction, a vertical jack is arranged on the side of each padstone, a transverse moving vehicle is arranged on the transverse-moving rails, a traction system of the transverse moving vehicle is fixed, and a front supporting leg of the bridge erecting machine is moved to the bridge abutment or the cover beam where the precast beam to be installed is located; the transverse moving vehicle is moved to the position below the bridge girder erection machine, the precast beam is conveyed to the position above a bridge abutment and a cover beam through the bridge girder erection machine, the precast beam is lowered to the transverse moving vehicle, the precast beam is transversely moved to the designed position along the transverse moving rail through the traction system, and the vertical jack is lifted to jack the precast beam and move the precast beam out of the transverse moving vehicle. And the vertical jack descends to place the precast beam on the padstone. According to the method, the precast beam can be constructed and installed in a narrow space.
