Jacks are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bottom of the frame bridge by taking a slideway center line as an axis; by means of the counter-acting force of the top beam, the jack pushes the frame bridge to move forwards, after the frame bridge moves forwards by a step pitch, the pickaxe returns to enable the jack to recover, the top beam moves forwards to make contact with the jack, finish rolling deformed steel bars are fastened, and the steps are repeated till the bridge body is in place; according to the method, back pushing in a traditional construction method is replaced, pushing counter-force is provided through the back beam, the system can be recycled, and the construction cost is greatly reduced.
