The invention provides a construction method for a frame bridge main body adjacent to existing buildings. The method comprises the following steps of determining a contour line of the frame bridge main body between the existing buildings without considering the operation side of construction personnel; determining the position of a protection pile at the external side edge part of the contour line of the frame bridge main body; finishing constructions of the protection pile and a crown beam; carrying out excavation operation of a foundation pit on the internal side of the protection pile; mounting a circle of extrude plastic board on the internal side of the protection pile as an external side template; and carrying out mounting of an internal side template, banding of reinforcing bars and pouring of concrete so as to finish the construction of the whole frame bridge main body. The construction method for the frame bridge main body adjacent to the existing building, provided by the invention, is advantaged in that the distances between the foundation pit and the existing buildings are increased; and the safeties of the existing buildings are preferably protected on the basis of finishing the protection of the foundation pit. As the extrude plastic board is mounted on the internal side of the protection pile as the external side template of a frame bridge, the construction effect of the method has no difference from that of the traditional template. As the area of the foundation pit is reduced, the earth excavation volume and filling volume are reduced, the disturbance to subsurface soil is reduced and the land is preferably protected while the construction cost is reduced.
