Rock cracking ship device and method thereof
The rock cracking ship device comprises a ship body, a ship body working platform, a drilling machine and a rock cracking device, the drilling machine and the rock cracking device are arranged on the ship body working platform, the ship body conveys and bears the drilling machine, and the drilling machine comprises a guide frame, a hydraulic chuck, a sleeve, a drill rod, an impactor, a drill bit and a motor. The rock splitting device comprises a hydraulic splitting device and a lifting device. The device firstly drills underwater rocks and then fractures the rocks from the root through the characteristic of large stroke of the rock cracking device when the rocks have large cracks, the yield efficiency is extremely high, the problem that the construction period is affected by insufficient working efficiency caused by insufficient striking force of a common rock crushing mode is effectively solved, and the device is high in accuracy, good in environmental adaptability, free of vibration and harm and suitable for popularization and application. The device can be used for construction in water areas close to wharfs, river-crossing bridges, near-shore buildings and the like, can be used for crushing rocks below 120Mpa in dredging of inland waterway, and can be matched with a large backhoe excavator to continuously work for 24 hours, so that the economic benefit is remarkably improved.
本发明所提出的一种裂岩船装置及其方法,包括船体,船体工作平台,钻机,裂岩装置,所述钻机和裂岩装置设置在船体工作平台上,所述船体运送和承载所述钻机,所述钻机包括导向架、液压卡盘、套管、钻杆、冲击器、钻头,电动机,所述裂岩装置包括液压分裂装置和提拉装置。该装置对水下岩石先钻孔后再通过裂岩装置冲程大的特点,在岩石产生较大裂缝时从根部将其断裂,产量效率极高,有效解决了一般碎岩方式打击力度不够致使工效不足影响工期的问题,其精确性高,环境适应性好,无震动和危害,可在靠近码头、跨河桥梁、临岸建筑物等水域施工,可作业于内河航道疏浚120Mpa以下的岩石破碎,并可搭配大型反铲挖掘机24小时连续作业,经济效益显著提高。
