The invention provides a rock-soil grouting device and method.The grouting device comprises an outer pipe, the outer pipe extends into a grouting hole and is used for conducting grouting on rock-soil through a side wall grouting opening, at least one limiting ring protruding inwards is arranged on the inner wall of the outer pipe, and a notch is formed in the side edge of the limiting ring; the inner pipe is correspondingly inserted into the outer pipe, and a first limiting piece corresponding to the notch is arranged on the outer wall of the inner pipe; and in response to rotation of the inner pipe, the first limiting piece is staggered with the notch so as to be limited on the limiting ring. The outer pipe is arranged according to the geological detection result, grouting parameter design can be conducted according to the actual geology, the slurry proportion, pressure parameters and the like are designed in a segmented mode, the inner pipe is arranged through the inner limiting ring, the inner pipe can conduct targeted grouting on different geological stratums according to the design parameters, accurate grouting can be conducted on the different geological stratums, and the grouting efficiency is improved. And the grouting quality is improved.
本发明提供一种岩土注浆装置及方法,注浆装置包括:外管,外管伸入注浆孔内部,用于通过侧壁注浆口对岩土进行注浆,在外管内壁设有不少于一个向内凸起的限位环,限位环侧沿设有缺口;内管,内管对应穿插于外管内,在内管外壁设有对应缺口的第一限位件;响应于转动内管,使第一限位件与述缺口交错从而限位于限位环。根据地质探测结果进行外管设置,能够根据实际地质进行注浆参数设计,分段式设计浆液配比、压力参数等,利用内部限位环进行内管,使内管能够根据设计参数在不同地质层进行针对性的注浆,能够实现针对不同地质层精准注浆,提高注浆质量。
