The invention discloses a construction method of an ultra-long prestressed pipe pile for compacting a sand layer, which comprises the following steps of: dividing the ultra-long prestressed pipe pile into a plurality of section piles, and numbering from bottom to top; piling and splicing the piles at the same time until the super-long prestressed pipe pile is formed; sinking the super-long prestressed pipe pile to the designed depth of the bottom; earth is excavated to the designed elevation of the top of the super-long prestressed pipe pile; the part, located above the top design elevation, of the super-long prestressed pipe pile is cut off; a high-pressure water gun is used for conducting pile core soil cleaning on the super-long prestressed pipe pile, and the pile core soil cleaning is stopped when the pile core soil cleaning is conducted to the connecting point of the two uppermost section piles; water in the pile core is discharged through a water suction pump; and a reinforcement cage is hoisted to the pile core, concrete pouring is conducted, and the construction efficiency is improved by adopting the construction method of the super-long prestressed pipe pile.
