The invention discloses a prestressed pipe pile planting construction method which is characterized by comprising the following steps: guiding a hole to an effective pile length depth by adopting a long spiral drilling machine or a rotary drilling machine; pouring concrete slurry into the hole, wherein the pouring height of the concrete slurry is 1/4 to 1/3 of the depth of the hole; and after the concrete slurry is initially set, piling to a designed pile stopping condition by adopting a static pressure or hammering method. And the application range is wide, and the method is particularly suitable for pile end bearing strata made of hard limestone, sandstone, mudstone, marine facies strata and the like. The problems of hole collapse and shrinkage possibly occurring in construction of a rotary excavating pile method are solved, the problem that in static pressure pile construction, boulders or other complex geologies are likely to cause pile breakage and explosion or penetration failure is also solved, sediment at the bottom of the pile is little, and the pile forming quality is guaranteed. The embedded pile is changed into a composite pile after hole guiding and grouting, the vertical bearing capacity of a single pile is increased, the construction cost is relatively low compared with a cast-in-place pile project, the problems of pile explosion and pile breakage are effectively avoided, the pile repairing expenditure is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了一种预应力管桩植桩施工方法,其特征在于,包括:采用长螺旋钻机或旋挖钻孔机进行引孔至有效桩长深度;向所述孔灌注混凝土浆料,所述混凝土浆料的灌注高度为孔深度的四分之一至三分之一;待混凝土浆料初凝后采用静压或锤击法打桩至设计停桩条件。适用范围广,特别适用于桩端持力层为硬质石灰岩、砂岩、泥岩及海相地层等。避免了旋挖桩法施工可能出现的塌孔缩孔问题,也避免了静压桩施工中遇孤石或其他复杂地质容易造成断桩爆桩或无法贯入问题,且桩底沉渣少,成桩质量有保证。经引孔灌浆后植入的桩变为复合桩,单桩竖向承载力变高,相较于灌注桩工程造价相对较低,有效避免了爆桩断桩问题,减少了补桩支出及节省了工期。
