The invention discloses a waterproof autoclaved aerated ceramic surface wall brick which comprises a brick body, the surfaces of the front wall and the rear wall of the brick body are both flat surfaces, smooth ceramic surface layers are arranged on the surfaces of the front wall and the rear wall respectively, the thickness of the front wall and the thickness of the rear wall are 20%-25% of the thickness of the brick body, an annular groove is formed in the side wall, between the front wall and the rear wall, of the periphery of the brick body, and the annular groove is formed in the side wall of the periphery of the brick body. The bottom surface of the concave groove is a flat surface; water retaining layers are arranged in the front wall and the rear wall of the brick body respectively; a plurality of through holes penetrating in the vertical direction are formed in the side wall of the brick body. The invention also discloses a production process of the waterproof autoclaved aerated porcelain surface wall brick. The waterproof sheets are additionally arranged in the front wall and the rear wall of the aerated brick in advance, and the glaze layers are arranged on the front wall and the rear wall, so that on the premise of not changing the structural stability of the aerated brick, the waterproof effect of the aerated brick can be effectively improved, the surface density of the aerated brick can be ensured, and the mortar surface layer can be brushed better; the actual use function of the aerated brick is improved.
本发明公开的是一种防水的蒸压加气瓷面墙砖，包括砖本体，砖本体的前、后壁的表面均为平整的表面，前、后壁的表面分别设有光滑陶瓷面层，前、后壁的厚度为砖本体厚度的20％‑25％，前壁与后壁之间的砖本体四周侧壁上设有环形的凹形槽，凹形槽的底面为平整面；砖本体的前、后壁内分别内置有挡水层面；砖本体的侧壁上开设有若干个呈上、下方向贯穿的通孔。本发明还同时披露了一种防水的蒸压加气瓷面墙砖的生产工艺。本发明通过在加气砖的前后壁内部预先加设防水片材，并在前后壁设有釉面层，在不改变加气砖结构稳定性的前提下，不仅可以有效的提高加气砖的防水效果，而且可以保证加气砖的表面密度更好地进行沙浆面层的粉刷，提高加气砖的实际使用功能。
