The electric locking part is arranged below the manual locking part and corresponds to one side of the tail end of the spring bolt part; a first locking piece is arranged at the position, corresponding to the tail end of the spring bolt part, in the manual locking part, and a second locking piece is arranged at the position, corresponding to the first locking piece, on the electric locking part. An electric intelligent unlocking and locking mode can be adopted, the complex process of queuing for getting and registering for locking and unlocking each time is omitted, certain working efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the double-locking design of mutual linkage is carried out on the lock body, and high safety is achieved.
