The telescopic rod piece is connected with the sealing rubber strip; and the elastic piece is connected with the telescopic rod piece. Compared with the prior art, the sealing structure has the advantages that the sealing effect is good, and push-pull or lifting of the sash profile is not affected; the structure is stable and reliable and the service life is long; operation is simple, and manufacturing cost is low; the sealing effect is good; normal sash pushing and pulling are not influenced; the sliding door and window has the unexpected technical effect, when the sliding sash is closed, climbing needs to be achieved in a plurality of inclined sliding grooves, and the process can completely replace a buffer of an existing sliding door and window.
