The invention discloses a phosphate tailing cemented filling material and a preparation method thereof.The phosphate tailing cemented filling material with the compressive strength being 3.0 MPa or above is prepared by mixing phosphate tailings and a cementing material according to the mass ratio of (1-4): 1, the cementing material comprises cement, solid waste, an alkali activator and a modifier, and the requirement for mine filling is met; a large amount of phosphate tailings are utilized, the stacking pressure of the phosphate tailings and the pollution to the environment are reduced, and meanwhile the utilization rate of the phosphate tailings is increased. According to the invention, fly ash and gypsum are used as solid wastes to replace part of cement, the cost of the filling material is reduced, the transportation performance of the filling material is improved, sodium silicate is used as an alkali activator to enhance the hydration catalysis effect of cement and phosphate tailings, the compressive strength of the phosphate tailing cemented filling material is improved, and the service life of the filling material is prolonged. Calcium oxide and CMC are used as modifying agents, so that the early-stage strength of the phosphate tailing cemented filling material is effectively improved, pollutants in the phosphate tailings are cured, and pollution to the environment is reduced.
本发明公开了一种磷尾矿胶结充填材料及制备方法,将磷尾矿与胶凝材料按照质量比为1‑4:1混合制备得到抗压强度在3.0MPa以上的磷尾矿胶结充填材料,其中胶凝材料包括水泥、固废、碱激发剂和改良剂,满足矿山充填的要求,并利用了大量的磷尾矿,降低磷尾矿的堆积压力和对环境的污染,同时提高了磷尾矿的利用率。本发明中采用粉煤灰和石膏作为固废取代部分水泥,既降低了充填材料的成本又改善了充填材料的运输性能,同时采用硅酸钠作为碱激发剂加强水泥与磷尾矿的水化催化作用,提高了磷尾矿胶结充填材料的抗压强度,以氧化钙、CMC作为改良剂有效提高磷尾矿胶结充填材料的前期强度,对磷尾矿中的污染物进行固化,降低了对环境的污染。
