The invention provides a compression-resistant thermal-insulation PVC lightweight wall material, which is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 50-80 parts of PVC resin, 25-40 parts of Portland cement, 15-25 parts of a polymer foam material, 10-15 parts of kaolin, 12-17 parts of basalt, 10-16 parts of diatomite, 10-15 parts of glass fiber, 2-5 parts of a water reducer, 1-3 parts of a reinforcing agent, 1-3 parts of an antioxidant, and 30-50 parts of water. The preparation method is simple, the raw materials are wide in source, and the prepared compression-resistant heat-preservation PVC lightweight wall material is low in wall density, has good heat preservation, heat insulation and sound insulation performance, is excellent in mechanical property and good in compression resistance and has a wide application prospect.
本发明提出了一种抗压保温PVC轻质墙体材料,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:PVC树脂50‑80份、硅酸盐水泥25‑40份、高分子发泡材料15‑25份、高岭土10‑15份、玄武岩12‑17份、硅藻土10‑16份、玻璃纤维10‑15份、减水剂2‑5份、增强剂1‑3份、抗氧剂1‑3份和水30‑50份。本发明制备方法简单、原料来源广、制得的抗压保温PVC轻质墙体材料墙体密度低、具有很好的保温、隔热及隔音的性能,且力学性能优异,抗压性能好,具有广阔的应用前景。
