The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the cement, the fly ash, the sand, the calcium hydroxide and the water into the pre-dispersed asphalt fiber according to the weight part ratio, uniformly stirring and dispersing, then adding the pre-plasticized waste rubber particles, uniformly dispersing to obtain mixed slurry, and then adding the other auxiliaries, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a concrete material precursor; pouring the concrete material precursor into a mold for steam curing, performing normal-temperature curing after demolding, and obtaining a finished product of the heat-preservation lightweight concrete material. The problem that in the prior art, a concrete material is poor in heat preservation effect is solved. The thermal insulation lightweight concrete material has the advantages of light weight and thermal insulation.
