Phosphogypsum-based binding gypsum
The invention provides ardealite-based bonding gypsum. The ardealite-based bonding gypsum is prepared from the following components: phosphorus building gypsum powder, fly ash, modified bentonite, coarse whiting, an anti-seepage material, a gypsum retarder, a water-retaining agent and an inorganic binder. By adding the anti-seepage material prepared from the high-molecular polymer fatty acid salt, the calcium carbonate, the polyvinyl acetate calcium carbonate, the phosphate and the compound emulsifier, molecular gaps between an ardealite base and a concrete base surface are greatly reduced, and a multi-layer permanent waterproof and anti-corrosion whole which is not easy to damage is formed on the base surface; in addition, the gypsum retarder is matched, so that good bonding strength is achieved, the bonding strength of a base plane is guaranteed, and the phenomena of masonry cracks, hollowing and falling of a decorative layer and the like cannot occur after long-term use.
本发明提供了磷石膏基粘结石膏,所述粘结石膏包括如下组成成份:磷建筑石膏粉、粉煤灰、改性膨润土、重钙、防渗水材料、石膏缓凝剂、保水剂和无机粘结剂。本发明通过添加由高分子聚合物脂肪酸盐、碳酸钙、聚醋酸乙烯酯碳酸钙、磷酸盐和复合乳化剂制成的防渗水材料,大大缩小了磷石膏基与混凝土基面的分子空隙,在基面形成多层次的、不易破坏的永久性防水防腐整体,达到整体的抗渗、防漏、防潮效果,且配合石膏缓凝剂具有良好的粘接强度,保证基面的粘接力度,长久使用不会出现砌体裂缝、装饰层空鼓脱落等现象。
