The invention discloses ardealite-based bonding gypsum powder, a preparation method thereof and gypsum. The ardealite-based bonding gypsum powder is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight through reaction in water: 90-100 parts of calcined ardealite, 2-30 parts of calcium oxide, 1-10 parts of water glass, 5-15 parts of diatomite and 1-10 parts of an exciting agent. After the calcium oxide reacts with water, and under the condition that the calcined phosphogypsum is dissolved, the pH value of the mixed solution is controlled to be 9-11, so that subsequent smooth reaction with other substances is facilitated, and the phosphogypsum-based bonding gypsum powder with relatively good bonding strength is obtained. The prepared ardealite-based bonding gypsum powder meets related standards of building materials, so that the ardealite-based bonding gypsum powder can be used as a building material, and accumulation of ardealite is reduced.
本发明公开了一种磷石膏基粘结石膏粉及其制备方法和石膏,磷石膏基粘结石膏粉主要由以下重量份的原料在水中反应而成:90~100份煅烧磷石膏、2~30份氧化钙、1~10份水玻璃、5~15份硅藻土以及1~10份激发剂。氧化钙和水反应后,且在煅烧磷石膏溶解的情况下,混合液的pH值控制在9~11,有利于后续与其它物质顺利反应,以得到粘接强度较好的磷石膏基粘结石膏粉。制得的磷石膏基粘结石膏粉满足建筑材料的相关标准,因此能够作为建筑材料使用,减少磷石膏的堆积。
