Industrial solid waste-based water control grouting material as well as preparation method and use method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of mine water prevention and control, and particularly discloses an industrial solid waste-based water prevention and control grouting material as well as a preparation method and a use method thereof. The industrial solid waste-based water control grouting material is prepared from 5 to 10 parts of phosphoaluminate cement clinker, 40 to 60 parts of granulated blast furnace slag, 20 to 30 parts of coal gangue, 3 to 10 parts of active gypsum, 2 to 5 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 3 to 10 parts of polymer emulsion, 4 to 10 parts of modified lime and 0.1 to 0.5 part of composite admixture, the polymer emulsion comprises a tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate polymer modified polyacrylate emulsion and a styrene-acrylic acid copolymer. The components of the water control grouting material provided by the invention cooperate with each other, the early hydration microstructure of the grouting material is regulated and controlled, the internal defects of the grouting material are reduced, the impermeability, strength and toughness of the grouting material can be remarkably improved, the setting time of the grouting material is shortened, the service life of the grouting material is prolonged, and the application prospect is wide.
本发明涉及矿井防治水技术领域,具体公开一种工业固废基防治水注浆材料及其制备方法和使用方法。所述工业固废基防治水注浆材料包括:磷铝酸盐水泥熟料5份‑10份,粒化高炉矿渣40份‑60份,煤矸石20份‑30份,活性石膏3份‑10份,纳米碳酸钙2份‑5份,聚合物乳液3份‑10份,改性白灰4份‑10份和复合外加剂0.1份‑0.5份;所述聚合物乳液包括四氢化糠基丙烯酸酯聚合物改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液和苯乙烯‑丙烯酸共聚物。本发明提供的防治水注浆材料各组分相互配合,调控注浆材料早期水化微结构,减少其内部缺陷,能够显著提高注浆材料的抗渗性、强度、韧性,缩短注浆材料的凝结时间,延长注浆材料的使用寿命,应用前景广阔。
