The invention discloses a preparation method of nano-zinc oxide doped hydroxyapatite porous biological ceramics, and relates to the technical field of biomedical materials, and the preparation method specifically comprises the following steps: S1, respectively dissolving calcium nitrate tetrahydrate and diammonium hydrogen phosphate in deionized water to obtain aqueous solutions, and obtaining a calcium nitrate tetrahydrate solution and a diammonium hydrogen phosphate solution; s2, adding zinc nitrate into the calcium nitrate tetrahydrate solution to obtain a mixed solution, slowly dropwise adding the diammonium hydrogen phosphate solution into the mixed solution, and violently stirring in the dropwise adding process; according to the invention, calcium nitrate tetrahydrate, diammonium hydrogen phosphate and zinc nitrate are taken as raw materials, and the zinc-doped hydroxyapatite composite powder is prepared in a heat treatment, washing and drying manner, so that the biological activity of hydroxyapatite is retained, and meanwhile, the zinc-doped hydroxyapatite composite powder has good antibacterial property, and bacteria are prevented from being adhered and colonized on the surface of porous biological ceramic; and postoperative infection of the patient is avoided.
本发明公开了一种纳米氧化锌掺杂羟基磷灰石多孔生物陶瓷的制备方法,涉及到生物医用材料技术领域,具体包括以下步骤:S1、将四水硝酸钙和磷酸氢二铵分别溶解在去离子水中得到水溶液,获得四水硝酸钙溶液与磷酸氢二铵溶液;S2、向四水硝酸钙溶液中加入硝酸锌,得到混合溶液,将磷酸氢二铵溶液缓慢滴加到混合溶液中,滴加过程中剧烈搅拌。本发明以四水硝酸钙、磷酸氢二铵以及硝酸锌为原料,同时配合热处理、洗涤以及干燥的方式制得锌掺杂羟基磷灰石复合粉末,既保留了羟基磷灰石的生物活性,同时又具有良好的抗菌性能,避免细菌在多孔生物陶瓷表面黏附和定植,而导致患者术后感染的情况发生。
