The invention provides a wheel track noise sound absorption system which is arranged in a track system and used for absorbing and blocking wheel track noise, the track system comprises steel rails, a track bed and sleepers, the track bed is arranged on the ground, the sleepers are arranged on the track bed in a pairwise opposite mode, and the two parallel steel rails are installed on the track bed through the sleepers. Comprising a near-rail sound barrier which is arranged on the outer side of a steel rail and comprises a sound barrier main body, a mounting plate and a mounting frame; the at least one track sound absorption plate is laid on a track bed in the extending direction of the steel rail and comprises a sound absorption plate body, first protrusions and second protrusions, the sound absorption plate body is arranged on a mounting plate, the mounting plate is fixedly mounted on the outer side of the track through a mounting frame, the number of the first protrusions corresponding to each track sound absorption plate is two, and the number of the second protrusions corresponding to each track sound absorption plate is two.
