The invention provides equipment for automatically blade-coating a PU plastic runway surface layer, a swinging assembly comprises a sliding rod, a convex block, a track, a sliding block, a rotating shaft, blades, a linkage frame, a sliding rail and fan blades, the sliding rod slides on one side of a groove of a swinging arm, the convex block slides at one end of the sliding rod, the track is installed on the lower portion in a material barrel, the sliding block slides in the track, and the rotating shaft is connected with the rotating shaft. The rotating shaft slides at the end, close to the protruding block, of the sliding block, the blades surround the end, away from the sliding block, of the rotating shaft, the rail and the sliding rail semi-circular ring face the opposite directions, the angle of the rail semi-circular ring is 180 degrees, and the angle of the sliding rail semi-circular ring is 90 degrees, so that the fan blades slide on the inner side of the sliding rail from top to bottom, and the fan blades can further stir coating at the lower end of the interior of the material barrel; the force generated when the swing arm vertically stirs the coating can synchronously drive the fan blades and the blades to transversely stir the coating, so that the material barrel can be driven by a single motor, meanwhile, the coating is stirred in multiple directions, and the coating is prevented from precipitating at the lower end in the material barrel.
本发明提供一种自动刮涂PU塑胶跑道面层设备,摆动组件包括滑杆、凸块、轨道、滑块、转轴、叶片、联动架、滑轨和扇叶,滑杆滑动于摆臂凹槽的一侧,凸块滑动于滑杆的一端,轨道安装于料桶内部下方,滑块滑动于轨道的内部,转轴滑动于滑块靠近凸块的一端,叶片环绕于转轴远离滑块的一端,由于轨道和滑轨半圆环朝向相反,轨道半圆环角度为180°,滑轨半圆环角度为90°,因此扇叶于滑轨的内侧由上至下滑动,扇叶能够进一步搅动料桶内部下端涂料,利用摆臂对涂料呈垂直搅动产生的力,能够同步带动扇叶和叶片对涂料形成横向搅动,从而料桶能够利用单一电机带动,同时对涂料形成多个朝向搅动,避免涂料沉淀于料桶内部下端。
