The invention discloses a bridge floor drainage system of a bridge crossing a sensitive area. A bridge crosses an urban sensitive area, bridge floor runoff is not allowed to be discharged, and the bridge floor runoff needs to be effectively collected and discharged. A longitudinal main drainage channel is arranged close to a non-motorized lane in a space below a bridge sidewalk plate, and meanwhile, a non-motorized lane side drainage ditch, an auxiliary lane anti-collision wall side longitudinal drainage ditch and a motorized lane anti-collision wall side longitudinal drainage ditch are arranged along a bridge longitudinal slope; a transverse groove is formed in the upstream of each expansion joint, and bridge floor runoff is drained to a longitudinal main drainage channel through a transverse slope; the main drainage channel is communicated with a bridge tail end water collecting tank outside the sensitive area, and the bridge tail end water collecting tank is communicated with a ground rainwater pipeline system through a tank bottom downpipe. The bridge deck runoff collecting effect is improved, accumulated water on the bridge deck is effectively reduced, and the drainage problem of a bridge crossing a sensitive area is solved.
