The invention relates to a structure for comprehensively reinforcing a pier through UHPC and a reinforcing mesh and a construction method thereof.The structure comprises a UHPC reinforcing layer and the reinforcing mesh, the UHPC reinforcing layer is arranged on the outer side of a reinforced pier column in an inverted trapezoid shape, the reinforcing thickness of the upper portion of the UHPC reinforcing layer is larger than that of the lower portion of the UHPC reinforcing layer, and the reinforcing mesh is arranged in the UHPC reinforcing layer; and the reinforcing mesh is embedded on the reinforced pier column. The construction method of the structure comprises the following process steps: (1) chiseling the reinforced section of the reinforced pier column on a construction site, and then cleaning dust and residues on the pier column; (2) steel bars are planted on the pier column, transverse steel bars and longitudinal steel bars are bundled in a staggered mode and fixedly connected with the planted steel bars, and a steel bar net is formed; 3, formworks used for pouring the UHPC reinforcing layer are manufactured on the outer sides of the pier column and the reinforcing mesh, 4, UHPC is poured into the manufactured formworks, the UHPC reinforcing layer is formed, and reinforcement of the pier is completed. The structure and the construction method thereof are good in reinforcement effect, and the ductility and the anti-seismic property of the pier can be improved.
本发明涉及一种利用UHPC和钢筋网综合加固桥墩的构造及其施工方法,该构造包括UHPC加固层与钢筋网,所述UHPC加固层呈倒梯形设置于被加固墩柱外侧,所述UHPC加固层上部加固厚度大于下部加固厚度,所述钢筋网设置于UHPC加固层中,且所述钢筋网植筋于被加固墩柱上。该构造的施工方法,按如下工艺步骤进行:1)在施工现场,对被加固墩柱加固段进行凿毛处理,然后清理墩柱上的灰尘和残渣;2)在墩柱上进行植筋,交错捆扎横向钢筋和纵向钢筋并与植筋固定连接,形成钢筋网;3)在墩柱和钢筋网外侧制作用于浇筑UHPC加固层的模板;4)向制作的模板中浇筑UHPC,形成UHPC加固层,完成桥墩的加固。该构造及其施工方法加固效果好,有利于提高桥墩的延性和抗震性能。
