The invention relates to a reinforcing structure and method for comprehensively reinforcing a pier through UHPC and prestress FRP, the reinforcing structure comprises a prestress FRP reinforcing layer and a UHPC reinforcing layer, the UHPC reinforcing layer is arranged on the outer side of a reinforcing section of a reinforced pier column to form a reinforcing inner layer, and the prestress FRP reinforcing layer is arranged on the outer side of the UHPC reinforcing layer and applies prestress to reinforce to form a reinforcing outer layer; the reinforcing method comprises the steps that (1) on a construction site, chiseling treatment is conducted on a reinforced section of a reinforced pier column, and then a formwork used for pouring a UHPC reinforcing layer is manufactured; (2) a UHPC reinforcing layer is poured into the manufactured formwork; the method comprises the steps of (1) preparing a UHPC reinforcing layer, (2) coating FRP on the outer surface of the UHPC reinforcing layer, (3) polishing the UHPC reinforcing layer after the UHPC reinforcing layer is solidified, (4) smearing epoxy resin on the outer surface, wrapping the FRP, of the UHPC reinforcing layer, and (5) installing the FRP and an anchoring clamp outside the UHPC reinforcing layer after the epoxy resin is solidified, and applying prestress to form a prestress FRP reinforcing layer.The reinforcing structure and method are good in reinforcing effect, convenient to construct on site and high in construction efficiency.
本发明涉及一种利用UHPC和预应力FRP综合加固桥墩的加固构造及方法,该加固构造包括预应力FRP加固层和UHPC加固层,UHPC加固层设置于被加固墩柱加固段外侧形成加固内层,预应力FRP加固层设置于UHPC加固层外侧并施加预应力加固形成加固外层;该加固方法包括:1)在施工现场,对被加固墩柱加固段进行凿毛处理,然后制作用于浇筑UHPC加固层的模板;2)向制作的模板中浇筑UHPC加固层;3)待UHPC加固层凝固后,对UHPC加固层进行打磨;4)在UHPC加固层包覆FRP的外表面涂抹环氧树脂;5)待环氧树脂凝固后,在UHPC加固层外安装FRP和锚固夹具并施加预应力,形成预应力FRP加固层。该加固构造及方法加固效果好,现场施工便捷,施工效率高。
