The top of a main arm of a crane, a pulley block and the top of a pile frame are coaxial, when the load of a pile driving mechanism is large, the force of the pile driving mechanism is directly transmitted to the main arm, the load is borne by the main arm, the stress of the pile frame is reduced, the head of the pile frame is prevented from bearing all bending moments, and the pile driving efficiency is improved. Under the condition that the weight of the pile frame is not increased, the bearing capacity of the pile frame is improved, the equipment cost is reduced, a thrust mechanism is additionally arranged to achieve front and left-right amplitude variation, one end of the thrust mechanism is hinged to the bottom of the pile frame, the other end of the thrust mechanism is hinged to a rotary table of the crawler crane, and when the amplitude of a main arm is changed, the pile frame is always in a vertical state by adjusting the thrust mechanism; therefore, the perpendicularity between the pile frame and the ground is ensured, and the pile aligning efficiency is improved; the pulley block is connected with the lifting hook through the lifting rope, the lifting hook is connected with piling equipment, and the construction efficiency of the crane is improved through the pulley block.
本发明涉及一种振动碎石桩沉桩装置与采用该沉桩装置打拔桩的施工工艺,起重机主臂顶部、滑轮组和桩架顶部共轴,当打桩机构载荷较大时,其力直接传递给主臂,载荷由主臂承受,桩减少桩架受力,避免桩架头部承受全部弯矩,使其在不增加桩架的重量的情况下,提高桩架承载力,实现降低设备成本,并增加推力机构实现前面、左右变幅,推力机构一端与桩架底部铰结,另一端与履带起重机转台铰结,当主臂变幅时,通过调节推力机构始终保证桩架处于竖直状态,从而保证桩架与地面的垂直度,并提高了对桩的效率;滑轮组与吊钩间通过吊绳相连,吊钩与打桩设备相连,通过滑轮组提高起重机施工效率。
