Vibrating sinking method for gravel pile pipe
The invention discloses a vibration sinking method for a gravel pile pipe. The vibration sinking method comprises the following steps that firstly, the pile pipe is vibrated into a soil body through a vibration hammer on a gravel pile ship; step 2, when the bottom of the pile pipe encounters a soil body with increased compactness and the pile pipe cannot be continuously vibrated to sink to the designed elevation after the vibratory hammer reaches the maximum power of equipment, calculating the vibration mass F value which needs to be additionally increased, namely, calculating the weight of a gravel material which needs to be filled into the pile pipe in advance; thirdly, the pile pipe is filled with gravel materials with the weight corresponding to the additional vibration mass F; fourthly, the pipe pile continues to be vibrated and immersed through the vibration hammer till the pile pipe is vibrated and immersed to the designed bottom elevation; and step 5, adding the residual gravel material into the pile pipe according to the formula: M pile pipe-F < quota >, and then carrying out a subsequent pipe drawing process. According to the method, the pile pipe is filled with the gravel materials in advance, so that the vibration mass is increased, and the purpose of increasing the penetration amount of the pile pipe in the pile sinking process is achieved.
本发明公开了一种碎石桩桩管的振沉方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一,利用碎石桩船上的振动锤将桩管振沉入土体;步骤二,当桩管底部遇到密实度变大的土体,使得振动锤在达到设备最大功率后仍无法将桩管继续振沉至设计标高时,计算要额外增加的振动质量F额,即计算需要提前填入桩管内的碎石料的重量;步骤三,向桩管内填入重量为额外增加振动质量F额对应的碎石料;步骤四,继续使用振动锤振沉管桩,直至将桩管振沉至设计底标高;步骤五,向桩管内加入剩余的碎石料=M桩管‑F额,再进行后续的拔管流程。本发明通过提前向桩管内填入碎石料,使得振动质量增大,达到提高桩管在沉桩过程中贯入量的目的。
