The invention relates to a complex deep foundation pit supporting stand column underpinning system and a construction method. The construction method comprises the steps that according to the position of a stand column to be underpinned, a steel pipe penetrates through a steel sleeve on a connecting ring plate and is driven to a design position; a plurality of sections of underpinning stand columns are machined; the hoops shaped like the Chinese character'ji 'are oppositely pulled, clamped and fixed to the two sides of each support; the underpinning stand columns are installed; and the to-be-underpinned stand column is dismounted. The construction method has the beneficial effects that the construction speed is high, all the components are assembled on site, and the construction efficiency is improved; a to-be-underpinned stand column is replaced by an underpinned stand column between every two supports, a bottom foundation of the underpinned stand column is fixed through a steel pipe and a connecting ring plate in a penetrating and inserting mode, a steel pipe top structure is welded into a whole through steel bars, concrete is poured, and finally steel pipe post-grouting construction is conducted to improve the bearing capacity of the foundation. And the underpinning stand column and the support adopt an n-shaped hoop quick connection structure, so that the construction efficiency is improved.
