The invention provides a foundation pit stand column underpinning method which comprises a stand column underpinning system, the stand column underpinning system comprises two underpinning stand columns, two first supporting piles and a joist assembly, the two underpinning stand columns are located on the two sides of a stand column to be underpinned, the two first supporting piles are arranged below the corresponding underpinning stand columns, and a second supporting pile is arranged at the bottom of the stand column to be underpinned; a supporting beam is arranged on the to-be-supported pipe stand column, and the lower portion of the supporting beam is connected with the two underpinning stand columns through a supporting beam assembly. The joist assembly comprises two longitudinal joists and four transverse joists, the two longitudinal joists are arranged on the two sides of the two underpinning stand columns respectively, and the longitudinal joists are arranged below the corresponding supporting beams in a supporting mode. The four transverse joists are arranged on the two sides of the corresponding underpinning stand columns and below the longitudinal joists in a supporting mode in pairs. The longitudinal joists are fixedly connected with the supporting beams through concrete pouring layers.
