The basement bottom plate construction joint post-cast strip air bag formwork erecting device comprises a basement bottom plate, an air bag and an inflation mechanism used for inflating the air bag, and the basement bottom plate comprises a concrete cushion layer, a waterproof roll layer, a fine aggregate concrete layer and reinforced concrete layers on the two sides which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; the reinforced concrete layers on the two sides are transversely connected together in series through steel bars, a post-cast strip is formed between the reinforced concrete layers on the two sides, the bottom of the post-cast strip is flatly paved through a yellow sand layer, and the air bags are detachably arranged in the post-cast strip and used for supporting the reinforced concrete layers on the two sides. The air bag is adopted to replace a formwork, the air bag can easily penetrate through the upper-layer steel bars under the condition that the air bag is not inflated, assembly and disassembly are convenient, the air bag only needs to be inflated during formwork erecting, and the air bag can be self-adaptively changed according to the post-cast strips of different sizes and shapes and can be repeatedly used.
本发明提供一种地下室底板施工缝后浇带气囊支模装置,包括地下室底板、气囊以及用于为气囊充气的充气机构,所述地下室底板包括自下而上依次设置的混凝土垫层、防水卷材层、细石混凝土层以及两边的钢筋混凝土层,两边的钢筋混凝土层通过钢筋横向串联在一起,两边钢筋混凝土层之间形成后浇带,所述后浇带的底部利用黄沙层铺平,所述气囊可拆卸式的安置在后浇带内,所述气囊用于支撑两边的钢筋混凝土层。采用气囊代替模板,气囊在未充气情况下能够轻松的穿过上层钢筋,不仅装卸方便,在支模时,只需充满气,气囊能够根据不同大小、形状的后浇带自适应的变化,能够重复利用。
