Deep grouting reinforcing and lifting method for piled raft foundation of building structure
The invention discloses a deep grouting reinforcement lifting method for a piled raft foundation of a building, and relates to the technical field of reinforcement of the foundation of the building, comprising the following steps: acquiring settlement information of a target piled raft foundation and depth information of a stratum where a soft soil layer is located; grouting is conducted on the lower portion of a raft plate of the target piled raft foundation so that the thickness of the raft plate can be increased; connecting steel bars are arranged on the raft plate so that the raft plate can be widened along the outside, and reserved grouting holes are formed in the widened portion of the raft plate; the side, with large settlement, of the target piled raft foundation is determined on the basis of the settlement information, and building structure deviation rectification is conducted through a grouting method on the basis of the reserved grouting holes; and an original pile foundation is reinforced through a grouting method, and a pile end bearing layer is reinforced. According to the method, the differential settlement of the piled raft foundation of the building can be rectified and reinforced.
