Grouting lifting construction method based on piled raft foundation under different working conditions
The invention discloses a grouting lifting construction method based on piled raft foundations under different working conditions, which comprises the following steps: detecting the state of an original pile foundation through a detection means, judging whether the pile end of the original pile foundation reaches a bearing stratum or not, and adopting a corresponding processing method according to a detection result, including operations of grouting to newly build a pile foundation, widening a raft plate and the like. During lifting, grouting continues to be conducted on the end portion of the new pile foundation, a composite reinforcing body is formed, and the composite reinforcing body wraps the end portion of the original pile foundation and the end portion of the new pile foundation; for the fractured original pile foundation, grouting is continued until the top surface of the composite reinforcing body exceeds the fractured part of the original pile foundation, and a convex part is formed; and finally, grouting is conducted on the bottom face of the composite reinforcing body, and overall lifting is conducted. The technical problems that under different working conditions, building settlement of the piled raft foundation is caused, and effective lifting and deviation rectifying cannot be achieved are well solved.
本发明公开了基于不同工况下桩筏基础的注浆抬升施工方法,通过检测手段检测原桩基的状态,并判断原桩基桩端是否到达持力层,根据检测结果采取相应的处理方法,包括进行注浆新建桩基、拓宽筏板等操作,抬升时在新桩基端部继续注浆,形成复合加固体,复合加固体包覆原桩基和新桩基的端部;对于断裂的原桩基,继续注浆至复合加固体顶面超过原桩基断裂处,形成凸部;最后在复合加固体底面注浆,进行整体抬升。本发明很好的解决了不同工况下导致的桩筏基础的建筑沉降,无法有效抬升纠偏等技术问题。
