The invention discloses an intelligent fire hydrant, and relates to the technical field of fire hydrants, the intelligent fire hydrant comprises a mounting base and a hydrant body fixedly mounted on the mounting base, and further comprises a connecting pipe fitting; the water outlet pipe fitting is communicated with the peripheral surface of the hydrant body; the connecting mechanism is used for connecting the water outlet pipe fitting and the connecting pipe fitting; the valve is arranged at the top end of the hydrant body and used for controlling opening and closing of the water outlet pipe fitting. According to the intelligent fire hydrant, by means of the linkage mechanism, when the water outlet pipe fitting and the connecting pipe fitting are connected through the connecting mechanism, the rotating handle can rotate under the action of the linkage mechanism, and therefore the effect that opening and closing of the water outlet pipe fitting can be conveniently controlled through the valve is achieved; and after the water hose is connected with the fire hydrant, opening and closing of the water outlet pipe fitting can be controlled without an external tool, so that the practicability of the fire hydrant is improved to a certain extent.
