Sound absorption structure for noise reduction of transformer substation
The invention provides a sound absorption structure for noise reduction of a transformer substation. The sound absorption structure is arranged on the surface of a building wall body. The sound absorption structure comprises a first micro-perforated plate layer, a second micro-perforated plate layer and a foaming cement layer which are arranged in sequence, the first micro-perforated plate layer is closest to the surface of the wall body, the foaming cement layer is farthest from the surface of the wall body, and the second micro-perforated plate layer is located between the first micro-perforated plate layer and the foaming cement layer. The second micro-perforated plate layer is located between the first micro-perforated plate layer and the foaming cement layer, the surface of the wall body, the first micro-perforated plate layer, the second micro-perforated plate layer and the foaming cement layer are arranged in parallel, and intervals are formed between every two adjacent micro-perforated plate layers. The foamed cement layer is added in front of the micro-perforated plate layer, so that the sound absorption frequency band of the micro-perforated plate can be widened, and the sound absorption coefficient of the sound absorption structure in middle and low frequency bands is improved.
本发明提供一种用于变电站降噪的吸声结构,设置于建筑壁体的表面。所述吸声结构包括依次设置的第一微穿孔板层、第二微穿孔板层以及发泡水泥层,其中,所述第一微穿孔板层距离所述壁体的表面最近,所述发泡水泥层距离所述壁体的表面最远,所述第二微穿孔板层位于所述第一微穿孔板层与所述发泡水泥层之间,且所述壁体的表面、所述第一微穿孔板层、所述第二微穿孔板层以及所述发泡水泥层平行设置且相邻二者之间均设有间距。本发明在微穿孔板层前加入发泡水泥层可以拓宽微穿孔板的吸声频带,提升吸声结构在中低频段的吸声系数。
