The invention provides an environment-friendly sound insulation composite wallboard and a preparation method thereof.The environment-friendly sound insulation composite wallboard comprises a first composite matrix and a second composite matrix, a sound insulation matrix is arranged between the first composite matrix and the second composite matrix, an outer panel layer is arranged on the side, away from the sound insulation matrix, of the first composite matrix, and sound absorption holes are formed in the outer panel layer; sound absorption grooves are formed in the first composite base body, the positions of the sound absorption grooves correspond to the positions of the sound absorption holes, sound absorption cotton layers are installed in the sound absorption grooves, and the preparation method comprises the five steps of material preparation, material pretreatment, cement primary mixing, composite base body forming and composite wallboard forming. The sound insulation effect is achieved through cooperation of the sound insulation base layer, the sound absorption holes, the sound absorption grooves and the sound absorption cotton layer, compared with a single mode, the sound insulation effect is better, meanwhile, the mode that industrial waste ardealite is adopted to replace part of cement is adopted, the content of cement in the composite wallboard is reduced, the cost of materials is reduced, and the cost is reduced. And the environment-friendly effect is achieved in a waste utilization mode.
本发明提出一种环保型隔音复合墙板及其制备方法,包括第一复合基体和第二复合基体,第一复合基体和第二复合基体之间设有隔音基体,第一复合基体远离隔音基体的一侧设有外面板层,外面板层层上开设有吸音孔,第一复合基体上开设有吸音槽,吸音槽的位置均与吸音孔的位置对应,吸音槽内安装有吸音棉层,制备方法包括材料准备、材料预处理、水泥初混合、复合基体成型以及复合墙板成型五个步骤;本发明采用隔音基层、吸音孔、吸音槽以及吸音棉层的配合,达到隔音的效果,相比单一的方式,本发明的隔音效果更好,同时再采用工业废气物磷石膏来取代部分水泥的方式,继而降低复合墙板中水泥的含量,减少成本材料,通过废物利用的方式,起到环保的作用。
