Lightweight sound-insulation thermal-insulation wallboard and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a light sound insulation and heat preservation wallboard which comprises a supporting keel layer and light fireproof layers located on the two sides of the keel layer. The supporting keel layer is made of a foaming material wrapped by a metal plate; the foaming material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 to 55 parts of polyether polyol, 60 to 70 parts of polyester polyol, 50 to 150 parts of isocyanate, 1 to 4 parts of epoxidized soybean oil, 1 to 3 parts of glycerol, 2 to 6 parts of sulfonated castor oil, 1 to 5 parts of polyether modified polysiloxane, 5 to 10 parts of flame retardant, 4 to 7 parts of chain extender, 0.3 to 0.8 part of stabilizer, 20 to 25 parts of modified basalt fiber, 0.8 to 1.5 parts of foaming agent and 1 to 1.5 parts of catalyst. The composite board has the characteristics of light weight, stable structure and excellent fireproof, sound insulation and heat preservation effects.
