The invention discloses a formwork supporting system capable of improving the turnover rate of floor plate pouring formworks and a building and dismantling method of the formwork supporting system. The problem of how to greatly improve the turnover rate of the formworks is solved. Small formworks are adopted in the floor plate pouring area with the local requirement for high solidification strength, large formworks are adopted in other floor plate pouring areas, and the small formworks and the large formworks are spliced; a traditional full framing is adopted under the large formwork for supporting, a supporting stand column is adopted under the small formwork to directly abut against the small formwork, a small formwork lower supporting keel and a large formwork lower supporting keel are integrally arranged, and an integral formwork supporting system is formed. After the solidification strength of most concrete of the floor plate meets the requirement, all the supporting keels and the large formworks are removed, and only the small formworks and the supporting stand columns on the lower portions of the small formworks are left; and the template and the supporting material can be quickly transferred.
本发明公开了一种提高楼层板浇筑模板周转率的模板支撑体系及其搭拆方法,解决了如何大幅提高模板周转率的问题;在局部要求凝固强度较高的楼层板浇筑区域,采用小模板,其他楼层板浇筑区域采用大模板,将小模板与大模板拼接;大模板下采用传统的满堂支架进行支撑,小模板下采用支撑立柱直接顶接小模板的形式,并使小模板下支撑龙骨与大模板下支撑龙骨一体化布置,组成整体的模板支撑体系;当楼层板大部分混凝土的凝固强度达到要求后,将全部支撑龙骨和大模板拆除,只剩下小模板及其下部的支撑立柱;实现模板及支撑材料的快速进行周转。
