Modularized construction process for steel structure
The invention discloses a steel structure modularization construction technology which comprises the following steps that firstly, component units used by a steel structure are precisely machined in a factory, the component units are pre-spliced in the factory, and after pre-splicing meets the design requirement, the component units are transported to a construction site; secondly, the component units are assembled into a plurality of modular units on the construction site according to design requirements; and thirdly, the multiple assembled modular units are sequentially and integrally hoisted to the outer side of the concrete structure for installation according to the installation design requirements. The method has the advantages of being high in construction efficiency, high in adaptability and small in limitation on construction equipment.
本发明公开了一种钢结构模块化施工工艺,包括如下步骤:步骤一、在工厂精确加工钢结构所用的构件单元,并在工厂对各构件单元进行预拼,预拼符合设计要求后,将各构件单元运输至施工现场;步骤二、在施工现场将各构件单元按照设计要求拼装为多个模块化单元;步骤三、将拼装完成的多个模块化单元安装设计要求依次整体吊装至混凝土结构外侧进行安装。本发明具有施工效率高,适应性强,对施工设备限制小的优点。
