The invention discloses a device for reinforcing concrete through polyurea and basalt fiber cloth and a construction method of the device. The device comprises a vehicle body, a storage box, a first polyurea spraying assembly, a basalt fiber cloth pasting assembly and a second polyurea spraying assembly. During construction, firstly, the surface of concrete is removed, primer is brushed, the device is placed at the front end of a to-be-reinforced area, a polyurea raw material is added into the storage box, stirring is started, then the basalt fiber cloth roll is loaded, and meanwhile the driving motor, the first spraying machine, the second spraying machine and the electric driving conveying wheel are started. According to the concrete member reinforcing device, the excellent bonding performance and mechanical performance of the polyurea are fully utilized, and the multiple assemblies are adopted for automatically spraying the polyurea and laying the basalt fiber cloth, so that reinforcing of the concrete member to be reinforced is achieved; the construction efficiency and the bearing capacity and rigidity of the to-be-reinforced component are improved, and operation is easy and convenient.
