The invention relates to the technical field of waste concrete recycling, and discloses a process for preparing asphalt from waste concrete, which comprises the following steps of: researching the crushing value, the abrasion rate and the asphalt adhesion property of waste concrete recycled aggregate: researching the crushing value and the abrasion rate of the concrete recycled aggregate through crushing value and abrasion rate tests; and testing and researching the adhesion performance of the concrete recycled aggregate and the asphalt through a water boiling method, and the like. According to the invention, the influence of the technical indexes, variability and pretreatment process of the recycled coarse aggregate on the technical indexes and the influence of the recycled coarse aggregate on the design and pavement performance of the asphalt concrete are researched, so that a test basis is provided for applying the recycled coarse aggregate to the asphalt concrete; and a test basis is provided for formulating related technical standards of the recycled aggregate for the asphalt concrete.
