The invention relates to the technical field of concrete waste regeneration treatment, and discloses an asphalt concrete waste regeneration treatment process which comprises the following steps: step 1, crushing and screening waste asphalt concrete waste to form a waste fine material and a waste coarse material; 2, 20-35 parts of new aggregate and 30-50 parts of new asphalt are added into the stirring kettle, and heating and stirring are conducted for 1 min; according to the invention, the modifier is added in the preparation process of the recycled concrete, and the rubber powder in the modifier increases the viscosity and elasticity of asphalt, reduces cracks caused by temperature change, and improves the flexibility and crack resistance of the recycled asphalt concrete; the polyester fibers can form a net-shaped structure in the recycled asphalt concrete, so that the integrity and durability of the recycled asphalt concrete are improved; the anti-stripping agent can further improve the cold resistance, heat resistance, crack resistance and weather resistance of the recycled concrete, so that the quality of the recycled concrete is greatly improved.
