Position adjustment is achieved through transverse movement of the basic supporting rod, vertical movement of the offset supporting rod and offset displacement achieved after the basic supporting rod and the offset supporting rod are combined, the rotating angle of the inner positioning disc is accurately controlled by rotating the inner positioning disc and identifying angle marks on the reference disc, angle adjustment is achieved, and the positioning precision is improved.
