The invention provides an E5280 high-wear-resistance new material, and relates to the field of E5280. Which comprises carbon black, and comprises the following preparation steps: preparing the required materials: carbon black, talcum powder, pitch coke powder, silicon powder, crystalline flake graphite powder, an environment-friendly plasticizer and modified asphalt. The carbon black is pretreated to obtain the semi-reinforced carbon black, so that when the carbon black is mixed with other substances, the carbon black is more stable, asphalt needing to be absorbed is reduced, the usage amount of the asphalt is reduced, meanwhile, the stability of product production is improved, and the modified asphalt and the talcum powder are added into the carbon black, so that the service life of the product is prolonged. Under the action of the semi-reinforced carbon black, the wear resistance of the carbon black is improved, and the reinforcing performance of the semi-reinforced carbon black is improved under the action of the talcum powder, so that the graphite brush material with self-lubrication, low friction coefficient, good wear resistance, high strength and impact resistance is manufactured, and meanwhile, the graphite brush material has good conductivity and reversing performance due to proper contact resistance.
